Core loss testing has become most important test for quality assurance in Electrical industry. Core loss tester determines that whether a Core is damaged or not. Damage could include shorts between laminations and electrical arcing. Although it is possible for a Electrical Equipment to still operate with damaged core but efficiency of that Equipment will get reduced. The Equipment will consume more power. It will generate more heat which will reduce Equipment's life. VEER make Core Loss Tester VCL is easy to use instrument which measures AC magnetic properties of Electrical Core like Watt Loss, Magnetizing Force at various Flux Density. We provide free Computer Software So, user can create test report of Core and graph for V-I, B-H etc.

There are two windings primary and secondary, which have same number of turns. After entering dimensions of core we can test it using VCL by applying respective test voltage for required induction. It measures Current of primary winding & Voltage from secondary winding to find Core Loss & Magnetizing Force at different Induction.
